A grid format simplifies the appearance and makes it easier to answer questions.
What is the difference between a checkbox grid question and a multiple choice grid? Checkbox grids allow respondents to choose MULTIPLE options; multiple choice grids use radio buttons and respondents can only choose ONE of the options.
